Emulation
VehicleLink allows for the emulation of various control modules in a bench top environment. This allows for users to test instrument clusters outside of the vehicle to better isolate issues you may be experiencing. VehicleLink allows the users to test individual gauges and indicators with various different inputs to allow for the most powerful ability to replicate a customer’s issues in the digital age.
Reconfiguration
Reconfiguration, recoding and reprogramming of electronic modules has always been an overly complicated and often dangerous process for users, at times running the risk of thousands of dollars in repair bills. VehicleLink allows users to safely and simply reconfigure their electronic modules to unlock new feature. VehicleLink also supports the operations required to replace many electronic control modules, allowing you to do much of the work that only a dealer could before.
VehicleLink’s software only addresses one aspect of the problem. The CANKIPROG is a CAN interface that allows a user to connect a computer running VehicleLink to a vehicle.
